You can write feedbacks, questions, answers and upload other contents as long as they stay on topic and comply with the community standards.
Contents that do not comply with the community standards are subject to removal by Kiwi Market.

By posting content, you grant Kiwi Market and its users a non-exclusive, transferable,
irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide license to
host, use, copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, publicly perform/display
and create derivative works from your content.

In addition to community standards, you must comply to the content standards when posting content or placing an ad.
You agree to comply to the content standards by:
• Not posting or placing prohibited content (including, but not limited to: Body Parts and Fluids, Hazardous Goods and Materials, Sexual Products/Services, Prescription Medicine, Drugs, and Drug Paraphernalia, Counterfeit or Faulty Products, Stolen Goods, Third-party Infringement)
• Posting/placing content in the appropriate category or area
• Posting/placing content just once. Duplicate or spam posting/placing is forbidden.
• Not posting promotional content for products or services. Such posts will be deleted. You must create ads for promotional content.
• Not using search manipulation methods such as keyword spamming.
• Not posting/placing inappropriate language, photos or images.
• Not posting pre-order items. Items must be in the seller's inventory.
• Posting/placing content in English.
• Not posting/placing content from a proxy or VPN. Kiwi Market is for users located in New Zealand.
• Not posting external URLs to other services similar to Kiwi Market.
• Not leaving the post description box empty.
You are solely responsible for all contents you post/place on Kiwi Market and any consequences that may arise, both directly and indirectly, from it. Contents that do not comply with the content standards are subject to removal by Kiwi Market.

Selling, Buying and Bidding
•By selling or buying on Kiwi Market, you agree to act in good faith and comply with the community standards and content standards. You also agree to reply promptly if the seller/buyer needs to contact you.
•You agree to be solely responsible to any issues or disputes that may arise from selling or buying.
•If you pay the seller via cash, bank deposit, or other methods, you agree to be solely reponsible for any consequences that may arise, both directly and indirectly, from it.
•If you pay the seller via PayPal, you agree to use PayPal's support or dispute resolution for any consequences that may arise, both directly and indirectly, from it.
•By placing a bid in an auction, you are intending to buy the item on the bid price. If you win the auction, you are obliged to pay the seller within 24 hours of the auction ending.
•Bid trolling is forbidden. We will ban such users.
•Kiwi Market is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise from selling or buying.
•You agree to be solely responsible to any issues or disputes that may arise from selling or buying.
