The tongs are heat resistant up to 220°C and suitable for use on non-stick surfaces as well as with all our cast-iron and ceramic cooking vessels. They can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The tongs are 31cm long, leaving a comfortable distance from the hot food. They are great for such diverse tasks as turning grilled food, serving pasta and tossing salads.
