Vintage Japanese Silk Kimono Fabric Chirimen Khaki.
Chirimen is a type of Japanese silk fabric renowned for its distinctive crepe texture, achieved through a unique weaving process that creates a wrinkled, pebbled surface known as shibo.
34cm× 170cm.
In very good vintage condition.
There is a fray on the edge of the fabric.

These beautiful pieces of kimono fabrics have been carefully unpicked from an original vintage kimono.
All my kimono fabrics are hand-picked (by me!) from Japan.
As the fabric has come from old kimonos, there will be small pinholes near the edges and small marks from wear.
Due to the age of the fabric, there may be some small stains and slight fraying.
