Try through buttered peas, coated on asparagus ready for the grill or mixed through a classic green salad vinaigrette. Spice level: mild. RECIPE SUGGESTION. Fry a large handful each of sugarsnap peas, spinach and kale with 100ml good quality olive oil and 1tsp of Wild Fennel Co. green vegetable seasoning until wilted. Place in a large bowl and serve with grilled halloumi, crushed roasted hazelnuts, toasted sesame seeds, freshly chopped chilli and sliced preserved lemons.
