Inspired by the material jelly roll rugs, i have created a wool version!!
Each strip is crochet individually, then handsewn to the ends to create 1 long strip. The long strip is then lined with batting by machine sewing into place to give it a puffed look. After this the long strip is then folded in half and machine sewn to make a long round tube like piece. After this process, the long piece is the machine sewn again to place to make shaped required.

Lots of steps to create a beautiful floor rug which also has grip strips on the back. Shown on double bed to give an idea of size.
