These rods have a special sacrificial coating over the steel shaft. This epoxy resin coating offers superior protection to the rifle’s bore than other similar plain steel rods. Each rod comes with a muzzle guard and a coated patch holder. The SAF-400 rods take the American standard 8 x 32 male brushes, jags and mops (sold separately). These rods were for sale in my old shop for $49.90 each and I am now offering ten rods for just $315.00 which gives your club room to make a small profit and still sell to your members at a good price.
